We Are Human Festival is an international film festival at the intersection of human rights and artificial intelligence. It welcomes short films, documentaries and audiovisual essays — born from human creativity and artificial intelligence — that explore what it means to be human in the age of algorithms.
An artistic festival and a platform for critical reflection, driven by a single vision: the necessary repurposing of AI in service of humanity.
Every submitted work is accompanied by an ethical notebook — four questions documenting the creator's approach to AI. This notebook is not a selection filter. It is an integral part of the work itself.
Edition 1 — Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights."
Eligibility
Open to all — filmmakers, artists, collectives, independent creators. No academic background required. 18 and older. Duration: 1 to 10 minutes. AI-assisted human creation required.
Submission — Free. June 1 – September 30, 2026.
The world does not come to the festival. The festival goes to the world. The same selection travels across cities, where it confronts different political, social and cultural realities. These are not reprises — they are rereadings.
