Call for Entries – Vero Beach Film Festival
April 9–12, 2026 | Vero Beach, Florida
The Vero Beach Film Festival celebrates independent film and the storytellers behind it—with packed screenings, incredible audiences, lively events, and a welcoming coastal vibe. You bring the films—we’ll bring the venues, wine, food, and FUN.
Named a Top 100 Film Festival by FilmFreeway multiple times and dubbed "The Summer Sundance" by the Huffington Post, VBFF pairs exceptional indie films with fabulous parties, intimate networking, a filmmaker hidden lounge, and more.
We showcase:
• Narrative & Documentary Features
• Dramatic, Documentary & Comedy Shorts
• Vero Visions Shorts Category – for filmmakers on Florida's Treasure Coast & Brevard County
• NextUp! Student Categories – for Florida K-12 and university students

Let us know in your cover letter if you want to be considered for another category and anything extra you want us to know about you and your film.
