Championing independent filmmakers and introducing new audiences to their work is the heart of our mission. We will do this by providing them with educational, financial and networking opportunities. VBFF will create a cultural institution that brings new business, new opportunities and New Beginnings to Venice, Ca.
September 2024 is our inaugural three day summer festival.
On Dec 7th we awarded Under the Surface film with $200 cash prize.
Awards are based on a case by case basis right now and always in flux.
