Upcoming Vegas CineFest Event Dates Postponed Information.

Due to the public health concerns imposed by Nevada Governor Sisolak and COVID-19 (Coronavirus), it is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to postpone the upcoming Vegas CineFest events tentatively taking place the last weekend of October 2022 in Las Vegas.

Due to the rapidly evolving nature of events, we do not currently have an exact date of when that will be, however we hope to have a date soon and think that the Festival Event will takG2EJZ2dOqzX56Y1EQY%3D&param4=hCnqV8iYhcxJ8iNIX4W0h5lX%2BTiGVQRFr9QrJ7mD9OE%3De place in Late October 2022. In the mean time you may still SUBMIT your PROJECTS.

THE VEGAS CINEFEST and Awards is an International Film Festival founded in 2008.

We felt there was a lack of effective contests and awards being offered for short and indie projects that could advance the careers of new writers and filmmakers.

We began discussing the idea of launching such a festival and were soon joined by industry veterans whose contributions made the concept a reality and The International Vegas Cine Fest Awards was born. Vegas Cine Fest is an IMDB Qualifying Festival.

A non profit organization, it is one of the few film festival contests providing writers and filmmakers with the assistance needed to produce and expose their projects and then continue on to other major film festivals around the world.

By becoming a part of the International Vegas Cine Fest Awards you will be joining a growing number of professionals in the entertainment industry who are recognized for supporting other artists and have the excitement of participating in a Film Festival that is destined to become a springboard for many of tomorrow’s top filmmakers.

COMPLETED FILM PROJECT ENTRY GUIDELINES & RULES:

The INTERNATIONAL VEGAS CINE FEST Awards is open to anyone with completed projects.

Projects may be shot in any format. Foreign projects must be subtitled in English. All project must have Title and production credits and proper contact info.

Submitted projects must be original works, owned entirely by filmmaker(s) or producer(s).

Projects are evaluated by our judges based on strength of concept, execution, characterization, dialogue, plot, marketability, and greatly on production quality. Judges decisions are final.

You will be notified within 7 to 10 days from your submission by email of your acceptance.

Thank you Vegas Cinefest International Film Festival. "Zenny's Picasso" is a story of overcoming great odds to survive two dangerous bullies. I received an email saying i was accepted into the 2022 festival and I never heard anything after that until I just got the email from Film Freeway asking me to review the festival. I checked their page and it still says that the dates are pending but two people somehow gave the 2022 festival a positive review even though it never happened. I'm very confused. I was excited to be part of this festival but nothing happened. I would love to change my review if they get back to me and let me know what is going on.
