1) El FICPIP de Catalunya accepta curtmetratges de ficció i documentals d'imatge real o animació rodats entre 2024 i 2026 amb una durada màxima de 30 minuts.

2) Selecció. Un comitè de selecció decidirà quines pel·lícules participaran en el Festival a la seva discreció. El comitè no està obligat a justificar la seva decisió. La decisió de la comissió serà definitiva.
3) Llenguatge. El festival té un caràcter internacional, per tant, s'acceptaran pel·lícules de qualsevol país del món, però les pel·lícules en qualsevol idioma que no sigui l'espanyol o el català han de tenir subtítols en català o espanyol per a la seva inclusió.
4) Format de projecció. Pel que fa a la projecció, les pel·lícules seleccionades han d'estar disponibles en fitxers digitals (H.264). Nosaltres editarem els nostres propis DCP.
5) Els cineastes han d'enviar un kit de premsa amb tres fotografies d'alta resolució i un pòster si són seleccionats per a la projecció del seu treball.
6) Els organitzadors assumeixen que les persones que registren les obres tenen els drets d'exhibició de les obres que es registren al festival, així com l'autorització per rebre el premi. En qualsevol cas, els organitzadors renuncien a la responsabilitat que es pugui derivar de l'incompliment d'aquest terme.
Els films seleccionats a una de les Seccions Oficials i, per tant, amb oportunitats de guanyar el guardó a millor pel·lícula de la seva secció i el premi econòmic, no rebran un fee pels drets d'exhibició de la mateixa durant les dates de celebració del Festival. Si la pel·lícula es programa en alguna de les Seccions Paral·leles, el Festival abonarà la quota marcada per l'empresa distribuïdora.
7) La participació en el festival suposa compartir parcialment la pel·lícula amb finalitats promocionals del festival. La informació de contacte aportada pels participants podrà ser utilitzada per l'organització per donar a conèixer accions relacionades amb el Festival i els seus organitzadors.
8) Per a l'adjudicació de premis, el guanyador ha d'estar present en l'acte de lliurament de premis. En cas contrari, l’organització es reserva el dret de no fer efectiu el premi ni enviar el guardó. En cas que es faci efectiu el premi per transferència i/o s’enviï el guardó, el premiat es farà càrrec de les despeses d’enviament i els costos bancaris secundaris derivats de la transferència.
9) Data límit. A partir del dia que finalitzi la possibilitat d'inscripció a competició, no s’acceptarà cap més inscripció.
10) L'organització té el dret de pronunciar-se sobre tots els casos no previstos per aquesta normativa.
11) Els participants accepten la programació de les seves obres durant l'acte del Festival. A més, si l'organització ho considera interessant, els participants podran rebre una invitació perquè les seves obres formin part del programa en línia, sempre que l'edició actual tingui un format híbrid. La programació o no del treball a la plataforma online es farà de manera conjunta entre l'organització i l'equip de la pel·lícula i les condicions d'aquesta programació dependran de cada edició i de la plataforma utilitzada a tal efecte.
12) Els participants accepten la programació de les seves obres durant els diferents Off-Festivals que es programin abans i després de la data del Festival. Aquestes programacions permetran la projecció de les obres dins de programes específics que suposaran avançaments i reprogramacions del Festival i que comportaran la selecció automàtica de les obres. A més, aquestes projeccions comptaran per al premi del públic, que decidirà la millor obra de cada secció oficial, segons el seu criteri.

2) Selection. A selection committee will decide which films will participate in the Festival at its discretion. The committee is not obliged to justify its decision. The decision of the committee will be final.
3) Language. The festival has an international character, therefore, films from any country in the world will be accepted, but films in any language other than Spanish or Catalan must have subtitles in Catalan or Spanish for inclusion.
4) Screening format. For screening, selected films must be available in digital files (H.264). We will edit our own DCPs.
5) Filmmakers must send a press kit with three high-resolution photographs and a poster if they are selected for screening of their work.
6) The organizers assume that the people who register the works have the rights to exhibit the works that are registered at the festival, as well as the authorization to receive the prize. In any case, the organizers waive any responsibility that may arise from the breach of this term.
Films selected in one of the Official Sections and, therefore, with opportunities to win the award for best film in their section and the financial prize, will not receive a fee for the exhibition rights of the same during the dates of the Festival. If the film is programmed in any of the Parallel Sections, the Festival will pay the fee set by the distribution company.
7) Participation in the festival involves partially sharing the film for promotional purposes of the festival. The contact information provided by participants may be used by the organization to publicize actions related to the Festival and its organizers.
8) For the award of prizes, the winner must be present at the awards ceremony. Otherwise, the organization reserves the right not to pay the prize or send the award. In the event that the prize is paid by transfer and/or the award is sent, the winner will be responsible for the shipping costs and secondary bank costs derived from the transfer.
9) Deadline. From the day the possibility of registering for the competition ends, no further registration will be accepted.
10) The organization has the right to decide on all cases not provided for in these regulations.
11) Participants accept the programming of their works during the Festival event. In addition, if the organization considers it interesting, participants may receive an invitation for their works to be part of the online program, provided that the current edition has a hybrid format. The programming or not of the work on the online platform will be done jointly between the organization and the film team and the conditions of this programming will depend on each edition and the platform used for this purpose.
12) Participants accept the programming of their works during the different Off-Festivals that are programmed before and after the Festival date. These programmings will allow the screening of the works within specific programs that will involve advances and reprogramming of the Festival and which will involve the automatic selection of the works. In addition, these screenings will count towards the audience award, which will decide the best work in each official section, according to its criteria.
