Welcome to the Utah Wedding Film Festival. We are dedicated to showcasing the best wedding films Utah has to offer. Do you think you are best wedding videographer in Utah? Submit your films to find out.

How it works:

1. Submit your best work into the following categories: Wedding Day, Temple Wedding Day, Elopement, Destination, First Look, Engagement, Style/Inspiration, Wedding Teaser, Lifestyle.

2. Once submitted sit back and relax! On February 28th, 2020 you will get notified if you made it in the festival! You will receive an official selection laurel! That means your film is in the running for an award! So put that laurel on your film’s thumbnail!

3. Tune in to our online awards show on March 7th, 2020 at 7pm! We will announce the finalists and of course ...the best of each category!

4. Take home the glory of being the best, put the laurel on your winning film letting the world know that this year you are the best….and maybe even some prizes… :)

5. Share your winning film on social media, letting your customers know that you are the best!

6. Take a quick break, pat yourself on the back, then get back to work, next year's festival is right around the corner!

Rules & Terms

Entries that do not follow the Rules & Regulations are subject to penalty by the UWFF appointed judges. All decisions by the judges are final. The Board of Directors of The Utah Wedding Film Festival reserves the right to change or amend these Rules & Regulations, at any time, and without notice.

Videos are eligible for entry if produced by a company/person based in the State of Utah and must have been completed within a year of the festival late entry date.

Previous entries from an earlier UWFF's are not permitted.

The method of submission for an entry is through FilmFreeway only. Entries by other means will not be judged.

Entries that have issues with playback or are not uploaded correctly will not be judged.

Each entry will be subject to an entry fee. There will be no refund for any reason. The UWFF reserves the right to change the fees from year to year, anytime for any reason.

Late submissions will not be accepted/judged.

Winning entries may be used by The Utah Wedding Film Festival for marketing and promotional purposes*.

* All videos sent by contest participants become the property of the UWFF. Winning entries may be compiled for distribution by the UWFF at its discretion. Companies/Persons agree to release rights to their winning entries for unlimited duplication and distribution, in any medium, worldwide, into perpetuity, without compensation. These rights may include uploading of the entries to partner/sponsor websites. No entries will be returned.
