Important Submission Guidelines:
- Submissions must be in Full HD (1920 x 1080) or HDV (1280 x 720).
- All submitted films should be no more than 5 years old by July 2024.
- All submitted work must be finalized. We do not accept any work in progress. Additionally, please note that we do not provide feedback on submitted work.
- All non-English films must have English subtitles (.SRT).
- We accept films that have been shown at other festivals.
- We cannot accept films made by anyone connected with the festival committee or members of the staff.
- The judging panel is entirely independent of the festival committee, and their decision is final.
- The festival reserves the right to use brief clips, 10% or shorter, from the selected films to promote the festival on media and other related promotions.
- Entrants shall inform the festival of any changes to contact details.
- Send us a downloadable link such as www.dropbox.com or any similar longer period files.
By submitting (uploading & purchasing a submission to the festival), your project to Actors Networking Film Festival via FilmFreeway, you acknowledge that you are not eligible for a refund. Films and videos submitted to the Festival will be considered for competitive categories. Oscar-nominated films may be submitted for screening but not in the competitive categories. There are no refunds for double submissions or submissions that are not accepted. If you have double submitted, you will not receive credit for another submission. No refunds will be given for any submission that asks to withdraw, regardless of the reason. By submitting your film for consideration for the Inauguration Day of the Actors Networking Film Festival, you agree for ANFF to screen your short film if it is an official selection for this year's festival and are obligated to your commitment. All films will screen on DCP unless otherwise mentioned. Simple DCP is our DCP vendor.
Please note that by submitting your film, being accepted, and submitting your DCP to screen, you are confirming that ANFF can screen your film, regardless of another festival's acceptance, and are bound by these terms and conditions.

Under contact and submission info, we request that the filmmaker or person responsible for ALL communication moving forward on this submission will be the point of contact. If selected, the person as contact on the application will be the only person the festival communicates with.
THE AGREEMENT
Submission to Actors Networking Film Festival constitutes agreement to all Rules & Terms contained on this page and your consent that your film be considered for any awards that may be given at the Festival. Submission also certifies that all film and music rights and clearances have been obtained. By submitting, you agree not to withdraw your film from Actors Networking Film Festival after the film has been accepted.
