iiMC takes great pleasure in inviting youth of Uttar Pradesh to its first ever ‘UP Tourism Film Challenge’. It is part of 6th “International Festival of Films on Cultural Tourism.” being held in Varanasi on 1, 2 & 3rd of December, which is sponsored by Department of Tourism, Uttar Pradesh Government.
‘UP Film Challenge” is to provide an opportunity to young and emerging filmmakers of Uttar Pradesh to accentuate their creativity and showcase their filmmaking talent. The theme of film should be tourism or culture of Uttar Pradesh

1. Best Film
2. First Runner up
3. Second Runner up

Rules & Terms

Participant may be a student under of 25 years of Age
• Participant can participate individually or in team in this event and prepare a documentary/short on UP tourism or culture
* Film should not be more than 5 mins and not less than 1 min
• Participant can choose any topic related to the theme given i.e. ‘Tourism and Culture of Uttar Pradesh’
• Participant should register using the link/email on http://filmfreeway.com/UPFilmChallenge and must provide proof of age in
order to confirm their entry.
• Team IFFC holds the right to make any adjustments and amendments to the registration process at any given time.
• IFFC code of conduct and disciplinary policy shall be applicable on participants throughout the making of film and event, and failure to abide shall result in disqualification of that particular entry.
• Last date for the submission of entries/film is November 25, 2023.
• The winners will be announced on December 3, 2023 on the award ceremony day
• Winners will be awarded certificates and two festival trophies for Best Film, 1st Runner up & 2nd Runner up
