Since 1991, UConn Student Television (UCTV) has been the official student-run television station for the University of Connecticut Storrs campus. UCTV provides hands-on learning opportunities for students interested in content production and broadcasting, preparing them for careers in the media industry.

The UCTV Film Festival 2025 is a celebration of student creativity, highlighting the incredible storytelling and filmmaking talent within the UConn community. This year’s festival will take place on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Lawrence McHugh Building Room 101 on UConn’s Storrs Campus.

Following the screenings, there will be a Meet & Greet Mixer with food from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the UConn Student Union, providing an opportunity for filmmakers, judges, and attendees to network and discuss their work.

The festival is open exclusively to UConn students. Selected filmmakers will be notified via email by April 5, 2025.
