1. The right to participate
TFF accepts all the film applications from young film directors from all over the world ( except from the countries of former Yugoslavia). Participants to participate in this category may send their film works with a maximum duration of 15 minutes.
2. The deadline for applications
The application deadline is 15th August 2024. All applications submitted after the set deadline will be disqualified.
3. Film categories

Program „FUTURE GENERATION ANIMATIONS“ includes the following categories:
animated film.
4. Format and Standards
Fill in the online film application at our page: www.tff.ba and deliver us a server link with a password to watch films online for selection (Vimeo, YouTube,.... ). For more information about how to apply participants, e-mail info@tff.ba. Films produced during the last and current year are included in the process of selection. TFF uses exclusively videos of adequate quality, appropriate for public showing.
Note: Films that do not satisfy the above criteria will not be included in the official festival program.
5. Multiple applications
Candidates are allowed to participate in more films at the festival, and with every film is necessary to fill in a separate application that can be found on www.tff.ba
6. Distribution of the films
Since Tuzla Film Festival has contacts with many distributors, submitting films to this festival, the submitter is giving all rights to Tuzla Film Festival for film distribution. Also, the submitter is giving all rights to the festival to stream films on the platforms of the festival choice and rights to broadcast films on cable operators in the Balkan region for festival purposes.
7. Film selection
The official festival program will be announced at the TFF webpage (www.tff.ba) a few weeks before the opening of the festival. Festival organizers reserve the right to change the film program in accordance with the TFF regulations.
8. Promotion
TFF reserves the right to use films and accompanying film material for promotional purposes of the festival in the Balkan region.
9. Other rules
• Delivery of film materials to TFF directly implies consent to the existing rules of the festival.
• The sender is fully responsible for the expenses related to the delivery of films and film materials to TFF.
• TFF is exempt from all responsibility and liability related to the delivery, as well as damage caused by the use of films and film material.
• A film application constitutes a limited license for the public showing of films by the rules of the TFF.
• TFF uses the right to retain a copy of the film as part of a film archive and for any other purpose of the festival
