OFFICIAL CALL FOR ENTRIES – TUSCANY WEB FEST 2026
1. INTRODUCTION:
Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni was founded with the purpose of producing independent film works.
The Tuscany Web Fest is an international festival created and organized by a team of young professionals with certified training and experience in the audiovisual field.
Its main goal is to promote directors and filmmakers who wish to showcase their storytelling talent and artistic vision.
2. PURPOSE
The Tuscany Web Fest (TWF), organized by Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni, aims to offer an opportunity to all artists working in web, film, and television—both Italian and international—as well as to all enthusiasts of moving images.
3. SUBMISSIONS AND DEADLINES:
Submissions for pre-selection will be open from October 28, 2025 (opening date).
Early Bird: until March 31, 2026, entry fee €40
Regular Deadline: from April 1, 2026 to September 20, 2026, entry fee €50
The list of officially selected works will be published on September 30, 2026.
4. REFUND POLICY:
Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the submitted work is not selected.
5. FESTIVAL EVENT:
The Festival will take place in person at the Giuseppe Lazzareschi Foundation in Porcari (Lucca, Italy).
The winners will be announced during the event, scheduled for October 10–11, 2026.
6. CHANGES OR POSTPONEMENTS:
In case of force majeure or unforeseen events preventing the live event from taking place, the organization reserves the right to postpone it.
Any change in date or time will be promptly communicated through the official Tuscany Web Fest social channels.
7. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
If any data or documents are missing from the application, the organization will notify the candidate.
Once notified, the applicant must provide the missing information within 7 days of the submission deadline, otherwise the work will be disqualified.
8. EVALUATION PROCESS:
Each submitted work will be carefully reviewed and evaluated by the executive staff of the production team.
9. ELIGIBLE CATEGORIES:
The competition is open to:
Web series (minimum of two episodes)
Short films
Feature films
of any genre and nationality.
10. NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS:
Each production company and/or director may submit more than one work.
11. LANGUAGE AND SUBTITLES:
Works may be produced in any language. However, Italian or English is preferred.
Subtitles are not mandatory but are strongly recommended to ensure better understanding.
12. DURATION
There are no time limits on the duration of the submitted works.
13. PUBLICATION
Both published and unpublished works are eligible for submission.
14. SUBMISSION FORMAT:
All works must be made available to the TWF organization through online systems or web platforms chosen by the participants.
15. AWARDS
Each winning work in its respective category will receive an award, which will be shipped within 60 days to the address provided by the author.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner.
FILM SECTION – FEATURE FILMS
1. PURPOSE:
The Tuscany Web Fest aims to promote the knowledge and dissemination of international cinema in all its forms, fostering a space for freedom, creativity, and exchange among cultures, languages, and audiovisual expressions.
2. OFFICIAL SELECTIONS:
The competition is open from October 28, 2025, to September 20, 2026.
The official selection will be announced on the TWF Facebook page on September 30, 2026.
Winners will be revealed during the live event on October 10–11, 2026.
The feature film section is open to all works over 60 minutes in length, without restrictions of genre, style, or distribution.
Experimental and art films are also welcome.
The jury will pay particular attention to emerging directors, artistic productions, and all works that stand out for innovation and creative originality.
3. EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Entries will be assessed according to the following criteria:
Narrative quality and production value
Independent nature of the production
Artistic quality and storytelling ability

PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST – 2026
On the occasion of the 6th edition of the Tuscany Web Fest, the second photography contest is officially announced.
1. PARTICIPATION:
The contest is open to all photographers aged 18 or older, both professionals and amateurs.
2. ENTRY FEE:
The participation fee is €20 per photograph submitted.
Each author may submit multiple works, paying the corresponding fee for each entry.
3. FILE SPECIFICATIONS:
Each file must include the name, surname, and title of the work (e.g., Mario Rossi – Winter Sea).
Images must be in JPEG (.jpg) format, color profile RGB, and created exclusively with digital cameras.
Photos containing logos, signatures, watermarks, frames, or any recognizable marks will not be accepted.
Black-and-white photographs and cropped images are allowed.
4. SUBMISSIONS:

by 11:59 PM on September 20, 2026.
5. EVALUATION:
All submitted photographs will be preliminarily screened by a qualified committee, which will exclude works that are off-topic or contrary to public decency.
A technical jury, composed of professionals in communication, art, and photography, will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:
Creativity
Originality
Visual quality
Adherence to the theme
6. NOTIFICATIONS AND AWARDS:
Winners will be notified by September 30, 2026.
The awards ceremony will take place during the live event on October 10–11, 2026.

7. RESPONSABILITY AND RIGHTS:
Each author is fully responsible for the submitted works and retains ownership of their images.
By participating, authors grant the organization unlimited usage rights of the images for promotional purposes, with the sole obligation of crediting the photographer.
Under no circumstances may the organizers transfer the images to third parties without the author’s consent.
Participants are responsible for complying with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding personal data and must obtain consent from any recognizable individuals depicted in their photographs.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS:
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.
Submitted materials will not be returned.
The jury’s decision is final and binding.
Awards will be shipped at the winners’ expense.
The organizers decline any responsibility for possible damage or loss of the submitted material.
SCREENWRITING COMPETITION – 2026
For the sixth edition of the Tuscany Web Fest, the organization is introducing a new section dedicated to screenwriting.
1. Participation
The competition is open to screenwriters of all nationalities.
Participants may submit original, unpublished, or unreleased screenplays.
2. Registration Fee
The participation fee is €20 per submitted screenplay.
Each author may submit multiple works, paying the fee for each.
3. Format and Submission Method
Screenplays must be written in Italian or English, in standard format (PDF), and must not exceed 30 A4 pages.
The script must be submitted by email to tuscanywebfest@gmail.com
by September 20, 2026, with the subject line:
"TWF 2026 – Screenplay Competition Application".
Each file must include:
The screenplay, maximum 30 pages in A4 format
Author's full name and contact information
4. Judging Criteria
Submitted works will be evaluated by a professional jury composed of authors, directors, and producers, according to the following criteria:
Originality of the concept
Narrative structure and character development
Dialogue quality and style
Creative potential and cinematic value
5. Prize
The Best Screenplay Award 2026 will be presented during the Tuscany Web Fest live event on October 10 and 11, 2026.
The winning author will receive official recognition from the festival organization.
If the screenplay is subsequently produced, the festival reserves the right to mention the work as "Winner of the Tuscany Web Fest - Best Screenplay 2026" in promotional materials.
6. Rights and Responsibilities
The author retains full ownership and copyright of the submitted work. By participating, the author grants the festival the right to use excerpts and references from the screenplay for promotional purposes related to the competition, always citing the author.
The organization will not distribute or disclose the complete screenplay to third parties without written permission.
