Rules & Terms
ENGLISH: 1. Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni was created for the production of independent cinema works. The Tuscany Web Fest is an international festival and is made up of a group of young professionals with experience and certified professional training.
The Tuscany Web Fest has as its main purpose the valorization of
all those directors and filmmakers who want to show off their narrative skills and aptitude.
2. The aim of TWF, organized by Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni, is to give a chance to all Italian and foreign web, film and television artists and to all fans of moving images.
3. Admission to the festival pre-selection is possible from 03 January 2024 to 15 October 2024. The list of selected works will be available on 20 October 2024.
4. Registered works that do not make it to the official selection will not be refunded.
5. The festival will take place live at the Giuseppe Lazzareschi Foundation in Porcari Lucca and all winners will be announced on the day of the event on 09 and 10 November 2024.
6. If, for some reason, the live event does not take place, the production will postpone the event by communicating the date and time through the Tuscany Web Fest social channels.
7. If some data is missing from the application for admission, the organization will communicate this to the candidate. Once the news has been received, the candidate must correct the default within 7 days before the deadline, under penalty of exclusion from the festival.
8. Each work will be carefully examined and evaluated by the production executive staff.
9. All web series, short films and films of any genre can participate in the competition but the web series must consist of at least two episodes.
10. It is possible to register multiple works from each production and/or director.
11. The registered works can be created in any language (preferably Italian or English). Subtitles are optional but recommended for better understanding.
12. There is no maximum duration for the works presented.
13. Works of all kinds, published or unpublished, are admitted.
14. All creations must be available to the TWF Organization on web systems, in any type of platform chosen by the Festival participants.
15. Each winning work in each category will be given a prize and will be sent by courier within 60 days to the address indicated by the author at the winner's expense.

FEATURE FILMS SECTION
1. PURPOSE
The aims of the TUSCANY WEB FEST are to promote knowledge and promote the diffusion of international cinema in all its forms, in a climate of freedom and comparison between different cultures, realities and languages ​​of the audiovisual sector.
2. OFFICIAL SELECTION
The competition is open from 03 January 2024 to 15 October 2024. The official selection will be communicated online on the TWF Facebook page on 15 October 2024. The winners will be communicated on the day of the live event on 09 and 10 November 2024.
The feature film section of the Tuscany web Fest is an international competition reserved for works over 60 minutes, without restrictions on genre or destination and can also be experimental or artistic. All the works proposed are eligible for selection and do not necessarily have to be previewed. In evaluating the works, the jury will have particular regard for emerging authors, artistic films, and all those works that compete with current production with the intent of innovation and creative originality.

PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION
On the occasion of the 5th edition of the Tuscany Web Fest, the first photography competition is announced.
1. The photography competition is open to all adult photographers, both professionals and amateurs.
2. Participation costs €10 and each participant can send multiple photos by paying the fee of €10 for each work sent.
3. Each photographic file must include the contestant's name and surname and the photo must have a title. (example: Mario Rossi title of the photo “Winter Sea”)
4. The images must be saved in JPEG (.jpg) format, RGB color profile and must be created only with digital devices. Photographs containing a logo, signature, watermark, frames/passepartout or recognizable signs of any kind will not be accepted. Black and white photographs will be permitted, as will cuts from the original format (CROP). All photographs sent will be preliminarily screened by a qualified commission which will eliminate those deemed off-topic, or in any case contrary to public morality and good customs. The photographs discarded at this stage will, however, be kept by the organization and made available for any checks.
5. The images can be sent from the publication of the announcement to: tuscanywebfest@gmail.com the closing of the competition is at h. 11.59pm on 15 October 2024.
6. Each participant, if requested by the organization, must be able to provide the original uncompressed files (RAW or JPEG digital files or film) to the jury, in case of doubts or disputes.
7. The technical jury is made up of communication, promotion, art and image professionals. The Jury's evaluations will be based on the following parameters/concepts:
creativity, originality, iconographic quality, adherence to the theme.
8. The winners of the photography competition will be informed directly by the organization by 15 October 2024.
9. The awards event will be held live on 09 and 10 November 2024 at a place and time that will be communicated well in advance.
10. Each author, owner of all rights to their originals, is personally responsible for the works presented. Each author retains ownership of the images sent to the competition, but assigns the rights of unlimited use of the images free of charge to the organization of the competition, which can publish and disseminate the images with the sole burden of citing the author or authors each time. authors of the photographs. Under no circumstances may the organizers, without prior agreement with the photographer, transfer the photographs in competition to third parties for any reason.
11. The authors are civilly and criminally responsible for their works, relieving the organizers from any responsibility, even towards any subjects depicted in the photographs. The competitor must inform any interested parties (persons portrayed) in the cases and in the ways provided for in art. 13 of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data EU 2016/679, as well as obtain consent to the dissemination of the same, under penalty of exclusion from the competition. Under no circumstances may the images sent contain data that can be classified as sensitive.
12. Participation in the competition implies unconditional acceptance of the rules contained in these regulations.
13. We inform you that pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data EU 2016/679, the personal data provided by the competitors when completing the registration form, collected and processed with IT tools, will be used to identify the winners and to identify the authors of the photographs on the various occasions in which they will be exhibited or published and for communications relating to the competition itself. The competitor has the right to access the data concerning him and to exercise the rights of integration, rectification, cancellation, etc. guaranteed by art. 13 of the aforementioned law, to the data controller. The provision of data and consent to its processing are necessary conditions for participation in the competition.
14. If necessary and in order to improve the running of the Competition, the Organizers reserve the right to make changes to these regulations, also undertaking to promptly report such changes on the event website.
15. The material sent will not be returned.
16. The final judgment of the jury is unquestionable.
17. The prizes will be sent to the winners at their expense.
18. The Organizing Committee, while ensuring the utmost care of the works, declines any responsibility for loss or damage of any kind occurring to the photographs sent.

ITALIANO: 1. La Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni nasce per la produzione di opere di cinema indipendente. Il Tuscany Web Fest è un festival internazionale ed è composto da un gruppo formato da giovani professionisti con esperienza e formazione professionale certificata.
Il Tuscany Web Fest ha come scopo principale la valorizzazione di
tutti quei registi e filmmakers che vogliono mostrare le proprie capacità e attitudini narrative.
2. Lo scopo di TWF, organizzato da Zerocinqueottotre Cineproduzioni è dare una possibilità a tutti gli artisti web, cinematografici e televisivi italiani e stranieri e a tutti gli appassionati delle immagini in movimento.
3. L'ammissione alla preselezione del festival è possibile dal 03 Gennaio 2024 al 15 Ottobre 2024. La lista delle opere selezionate sarà disponibile il 20 Ottobre 2024.
4. Le opere iscritte che non accederanno alla selezione ufficiale non verranno rimborsate.
5. Il festival si svolgerà live presso la Fondazione Giuseppe Lazzareschi a Porcari Lucca e tutti i vincitori verranno comunicati il giorno dell'evento in data 09 e 10 Novembre 2024.
6. Se, per qualche motivo, l'evento live non si svolgerà, la produzione provvederà a posticipare l'evento comunicando la data e l’ora attraverso i canali social del Tuscany Web Fest.
7. Qualora nella domanda di ammissione alcuni dati dovessero mancare, l'organizzazione provvederà a comunicarlo al candidato. Una volta raggiunta la notizia, il candidato dovrà correggere il default entro 7 giorni prima della scadenza, pena l'esclusione dal festival.
8. Ogni opera verrà esaminata e valutata accuratamente dallo staff esecutivo della produzione.
9. Al concorso possono partecipare tutte le web series, i cortometraggi e i films di qualsiasi genere ma le web series devono essere composte da almeno due episodi.
10. E' possibile iscrivere più opere da parte di ogni produzione e/o regista.
11. Le opere iscritte possono essere realizzate in qualsiasi lingua (preferibilmente italiano o inglese). I sottotitoli sono opzionali ma consigliati per una migliore comprensione.
12. Non è prevista una durata massima delle opere presentate.
13. Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, pubblicate o inedite.
14. Tutte le creazioni devono essere disponibili per l’ Organizzazione TWF su sistemi web, in qualsiasi tipo di piattaforma scelta dai partecipanti al Festival.
15. Ad ogni opere vincitrice di ogni categoria verrà dato un premio e verrà spedito per corriere entro 60gg all'indirizzo indicato dall'autore a spese del vincitore.
SEZIONE FILM
SEZIONE LUNGOMETRAGGI
1. FINALITÀ
Le finalità del TUSCANY WEB FEST sono quelle di favorire la conoscenza e di promuovere la diffusione del cinema internazionale in tutte le sue forme, in un clima di libertà e di confronto tra culture, realtà e linguaggi diversi dell’audiovisivo.
2. SELEZIONE UFFICIALE
Il concorso è aperto dal 03 Gennaio 2024 al 15 Ottobre 2024. La selezione ufficiale sarà comunicata online sulla pagina facebook del TWF in data 15 Ottobre 2024. I vincitori saranno comunicati il giorno dell’evento live in data 09 e 10 Novembre 2024.
La sezione lungometraggi del Tuscany web Fest è un concorso internazionale riservato alle opere superiori ai 60 minuti, senza vincoli di genere e destinazione e possono essere anche sperimentali o d’artista. Sono ammesse alla selezione tutte le opere proposte non necessariamente devono essere in anteprima. La giuria nel valutare le opere avrà un particolare riguardo per gli autori emergenti, le cinematografie artistiche, e tutte quelle opere che si misurano con la produzione corrente con intenti d’innovazione e di originalità creativa.
3. CANDIDATURE
Le candidature saranno valutate e selezionate secondo i seguenti criteri:

- Natura indipendente della produzione
- Qualità artistica e attitudine narrativa

CONCORSO FOTOGRAFICO
In occasione della 5a edizione del Tuscany Web Fest, viene indetto il primo concorso fotografico.
1. Il concorso fotografico è aperto a tutti i fotografi maggiorenni, professionisti e amatori.
2. La partecipazione ha il costo di €10 e ogni partecipante può inviare più foto pagando per ogni opera inviata la quota di €10.
3. Ciascun file fotografico deve riportare Nome e Cognome del concorrente e la foto deve avere un titolo. (esempio: Mario Rossi titolo della foto “Mare d’inverno”)
4. Le immagini dovranno essere salvate in formato JPEG (.jpg), profilo colore RGB e devono essere realizzate solamente con apparecchi digitali. Non verranno accettate fotografie con all’interno logo, firma, watermark, cornici/passepartout e segni riconoscibili di qualsiasi genere. Le fotografie in bianco e nero saranno ammesse, così come i tagli rispetto al formato originale (CROP). Tutte le fotografie inviate saranno, preliminarmente, vagliate da una commissione qualificata che eliminerà quelle ritenute fuori tema, o comunque contrarie alla moralità pubblica ed al buon costume. Le fotografie scartate in questa fase saranno, comunque, conservate dall’organizzazione e messe a disposizione per eventuali controlli.
5. Le immagini potranno essere inviate dalla pubblicazione del bando a: tuscanywebfest@gmail.com la chiusura del concorso è alle h. 23,59 del 15 Ottobre 2024.
6. Ogni partecipante, se richiesto dall’organizzazione , deve poter fornire i file originali non compressi (file digitali RAW o JPEG o pellicola) alla giuria, nel caso di dubbi o contestazioni.
7. La giuria tecnica è composta da professionisti della comunicazione, della promozione, dell’arte e dell’immagine. Le valutazioni della Giuria si baseranno sui seguenti parametri/concetti:
creatività, originalità, qualità iconografica, aderenza al tema.
8. I vincitori del Concorso fotografico saranno informati direttamente dall’organizzazione entro il giorno 15 Ottobre 2024.
9. L’evento di premiazione verrà fatto live il 09 e 10 Novembre 2024 in data luogo e orario che verrà comunicato con largo anticipo.
10. Ciascun autore, titolare di tutti i diritti sui propri originali, è personalmente responsabile delle opere presentate. Ogni autore conserva la proprietà delle immagini inviate al concorso, ma cede gratuitamente i diritti d’uso illimitato delle immagini all’organizzazione del concorso, che, può pubblicare e diffondere le immagini con l’unico onere di citare ogni volta l’autore o gli autori delle fotografie. In nessun caso gli organizzatori, senza previo accordo con il fotografo, potranno cedere a terzi ad alcun titolo le fotografie in concorso.
11. Gli autori sono responsabile civilmente e penalmente delle proprie opere, sollevando gli organizzatori da ogni responsabilità, anche nei confronti di eventuali soggetti raffigurati nelle fotografie. Il concorrente dovrà informare gli eventuali interessati (persone ritratte) nei casi e nei modi previsti nell’art.13 del Regolamento Europeo in materia di protezione dei dati personali UE 2016/679, nonché procurarsi il consenso alla diffusione degli stessi, pena l’esclusione dal concorso. In nessun caso le immagini inviate potranno contenere dati qualificabili come sensibili.
12. La partecipazione al concorso implica l’accettazione incondizionata delle norme contenute nel presente regolamento.
13. Si informa che ai sensi dell’art.13 del Regolamento Europeo in materia di protezione dei dati personali UE 2016/679, i dati personali forniti dai concorrenti con la compilazione della scheda di iscrizione, raccolti e trattati con strumenti informatici, saranno utilizzati per individuare i vincitori e per identificare gli autori delle fotografie nelle varie occasioni in cui queste saranno esposte o pubblicate e per le comunicazioni relative al concorso stesso. Il concorrente ha il diritto di accedere ai dati che lo riguardano e di esercitare i diritti di integrazione, rettifica, cancellazione ecc. garantiti dall’art. 13 della sopra citata legge, al titolare del trattamento. Il conferimento dei dati ed il consenso al relativo trattamento sono condizioni necessarie per la partecipazione al concorso.
14. Se necessario e al fine di migliorare lo svolgimento del Concorso, gli Organizzatori si riservano la facoltà di apportare modifiche al presente regolamento, impegnandosi altresì di segnalare puntualmente tali modifiche sul sito della manifestazione.
15. Il materiale inviato non verrà restituito.
16. Il giudizio finale della giuria è insindacabile.
17. I premi ai vincitori verranno spediti a loro spese.
18. Il Comitato organizzatore, pur assicurando la massima cura delle opere, declina ogni responsabilità per smarrimento o avarie di qualsiasi natura occorse alle fotografie inviate.
