We are located in Rotterdam.

The main principles of our festival:

### Openness to All The festival should be accessible to creators of all levels: from professionals to newcomers. We believe that every story deserves to be heard, regardless of budget, experience, or technical capabilities. There are no restrictions on genres, formats, or film length.

### Focus on Ideas, Not Budget We value sincerity and originality over technical perfection. Films shot on a phone, experimental works, or intimate sketches can be just as important as big-budget projects. What matters most is that the film makes you think, inspires, or challenges the viewer.

### Inclusivity and Diversity The festival is open to all cultures, languages, and perspectives. We welcome films that tell the stories of different communities, raise social issues, or offer a fresh take on familiar themes. We believe that cinema is a bridge between people.

### Experimentation and Innovation We encourage bold experiments: new formats, interactive cinema, VR projects, collaborations between filmmakers and artists. The festival becomes a platform for exploring new forms of cinematic language.

Cinema Without Borders. Ideas Without Limits.

  • As a young festival you're off to a smashing start. Thank you for the invite to submit 'A Tale of Two Cities in 4 episodes;' and of course the Selected recognition. Far, far better script I have ever done.
