This is an extension of the Training Reels Independent Film Festival. Starting in 2019 we have held a short film screenwriting contest. The winning film is then produced and screened at that year's film festival.
When submitting a piece it's best to submit a film that can be produced for a reasonable amount and nothing else will be done with the script after production and screening without the writer's consent.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd, places will be awarded and receive a certificate and laurel. Only the 1st place film will be produced and screened at the festival.
