Totality Films was created by Film Producer/UAV Pilot, Maria Davis.
Maria began self producing videos for YouTube in 2011 as vlog entries. Between 2011-2018 she produced several comedy shorts alongside vlogs of her daily life. In late 2018 she closed down her vlog channel to pursue a career in filmmaking shortly after being invited to the set of the NBC show “Timeless” by actor Goran Visnjic. Her experience on the set is what largely influenced the direction she took in filmmaking.
Maria’s 2019 film “A Journey Through Arizona” showcased the diverse landscape within the state of Arizona. The film became her first submission to a film festival, (AZDroneFest). At the film festival she won the Director’s Choice Award.
In late 2019, Maria began a collaboration with Electronic Musician/Producer Ryan Farish to create a music video for “Streaming Air”, a song from his 2019 album “Art For Life”. The music video was released in January 2020 with rave reviews from viewers.
As a nearly life long resident of the state of Arizona, Maria finds inspiration within her surroundings for the films she produces, as well as through music. She has gained notability as a skilled UAV Drone Pilot and has several films showcasing solely aerial cinematography along with a mix of ground and aerial shots.
