Welcoming film people to the introspective Toronto Indie Nights Fest!
Toronto Indie Nights Fest is a festival that puts the spotlight on unusual stories and bold experimentation in independent filmmaking. We're open to films that surprise and aren't afraid to step outside of conventional formats. It's a place where unconventional approaches to storytelling, creativity and freedom of expression become protagonists.
Inspired by the atmosphere of the night, we hold our screenings exclusively after sunset. Movies immersed in the silence and mysterious atmosphere of the night become particularly intimate and lively. Night is the time when the familiar becomes magical, and every frame, every word sounds especially vivid. You will see the best independent films in the unique night atmosphere of Toronto.
It's important to us not only that the audience sees the movie, but that they are included in the discussion.
The next venue will be held at The Morpheus on March 29. We are creating a space for lively conversations and debates about filmmaking where everyone can not only be a viewer, but be a participant in the cinematic experience.
We realize that the world is changing, and cinema should be approached with new eyes and a new vision. As part of the night screenings we offer different formats: from traditional screenings to virtual events. You can participate in the festival sitting at home in a night chair or breathing in the fresh air in the open spaces of the city.
Each screening at our festival is not just a movie, but an event that takes place at night, at a moment when the world around you becomes mute and ready to take in everything the screen offers. We want your participation in Toronto Indie Nights Fest to be part of that magic. We believe that movies at night have a special power - they can not only entertain, but also make you think, inspire, provoke and evoke deep emotions.
We look forward to hearing your stories,
Toronto Indie Nights Fest jury.
