Tim Eather is a filmmaker from Mount Martha, Victoria, Australia. Since graduating film school in 2018 he has created videos for multiple independent Melbourne artists and has enjoyed exploring different genres and created multiple short films and music videos.
In 2019 Tim launched Rosanna Cine, a business and platform to house all of the creative work he has created and continues to make. Rosanna Cine encompasses all genres of filmmaking from the wildly weird to the new and unique.
Tim studied at JMC Academy in Melbourne from 2015, entering into the world of film with very little technical knowledge to start with. Whilst studying he has won the Best Music Video Award for three consecutive years at annual Martini Awards hosted by the University. Other accolades include Best Director, Set Design and Overall Film.
Tim is known for his resourcefulness on shoots that encompass micro budgets. He is proud of his work participating with his team in 2018's 48 Hour Film Festival (Melbourne) Placing in the top 7 and walking away with the Production Design Award.
And in Sydney's 2019 Clipped Music Video Awards, taking home the Production Design Award along with placing top 5 in Best Overall Video for Creature Fear's 'Please Me'
