Three Gardens Short Film Festival has been created by Pouria Heidary Oureh as festival’s director and by the support of Three Gardens Film Company and the spirit of the Three Gardens Short Film Festival is one of friendship and universal cooperation. Its aim is to build the platform for screening world’s best films.

Awards & Prizes

The Three Gardens Short Film Festival designates the Three members of the Jury for the short films in competition in each category.

SHORTS in COMPETITION
The Jury for the short films in competition is obliged to award:
The award for the Best Fiction Short Film (Trophy + 500$)
The award for the Best Documentary Short Film (Trophy + 500$)
The award for the Best Animation Short Film (Trophy + 500$)

Rules & Terms

Three Gardens International Film Festival chooses and invites the films which will be presented in Short Film Competition.

20 Films will be selected in each category of Short film Competition which 2 of them should be International Premier and 1 of them World Premier.

Each film invited to be part of the Official Selection by the Three Gardens International Film Festival will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Only films that meet the following conditions may be chosen for invitation in the Official Selection:

Films that have been produced during the 12 months preceding the Festival.

Films that have not been exhibited on the Internet or Televition.

Films that do not exceed 20 minutes in length, including credits.

Once a film has been selected it cannot be withdrawn from the Festival programme during the event.

During the entire duration of the Three Gardens International Film Festival, none of the films invited may be shown outside the Festival's official theatres before its official screening.

All films must be presented in their original language, with English subtitles. By "original language" is meant the language in which a film is or will be exhibited in its country of origin.

It is for the Board of Directors to decide whether or not a film that does not exactly meet this criterion may participate in the Festival.
