In partnership with Lifetime, WrapWomen presents PitchFest inviting emerging female filmmakers to submit pitches for narrative feature films. The preferred genre for the project concepts are women-themed thrillers. A slate of finalist pitches will be chosen and included on TheWrap's website during the annual Power Women Summit taking place on December 7 - 9, 2021.

Of the finalists, one winner will be selected by a team of Lifetime development executives to be developed into a script by pairing the filmmaker with a screenwriter. The PitchFest winner will be announced after the Power Women’s Summit.

Rules & Terms

Submit the following for consideration of your project concept:
1. Filmmaker Bio
2. Filmmaker Headshot
3. Treatment or Synopsis
4. 3-5 minute video pitch of the concept (video should be of the filmmaker pitching their project)

Submitters have the option of submitting accompanying materials like a look book, pitch deck, or a filmmaker reel as well.
