This festival is designed to help films get made. We bear the cost of all streaming programming, the trophy, plaque, medal, advertising of the festival, and onsite costs in our theater and property, complete with complimentary food and drink on the event nights, unlike many others in the fact that small shorts entered are driving towards selling their main - full-length film. Entries should be focused on getting funded (for example, $70 million needed) and, therefore, are requested to be slightly commercialized with financial projections, predicted market success, and their believed award-winning capabilities to prove their worth to angel funds, private family offices, corporate investors, and investment bankers. The USPSC International Film Festival is a deluxe festival organized in memory of Ronald Reagan and his spouse, Nancy Davis (renowned Hollywood actors), for their immense contribution to cinema, filmmaking, governance, and leadership. We also recognize and celebrate all of the films and series about the first families and White House stories - positive or negative. We focus on encouraging aspiring films to get funded and picked up as full-length feature productions by outside investors.

More information on our goals, board, trustees, and Ambassadors is at www.uspsc.org, with over 50 board, trustee, and ambassadorial members worldwide. Our alumni of the White House are close to 80,000, and our alumni, specifically from the White House Military Office, is about 50,000 military veterans of all services. We celebrate 250 years of service to protecting and serving the American Presidency and First Families. Our exhibits and summits recognize all of the Presidents of the United States under our goals, vision, and mission statements.

Our distinguished judges and panel will decide all winners, and a People's Choice Award will be given. See our judges and licensed competitions here: https://theinnofthepatriots.com/licensed-competitions

Some recent Q&A with our honest answers:

What's your link to the film industry? We are amateur film industry colleagues with family who are members of SAG AFTRA and have utilized SAG AFTRA for many contracts in the past. Charese Mongiello is a member of SAG and a very noted Script Supervisor of over 100 movies and projects. Martin Mongiello worked for Kathleen Kennedy as her Estate Manager, and Kathy is now the CEO of LucasFilm. Joe Manganiello is a distant cousin of Magic Mike fame and Spiderman; Prince Kojo-Hilton is a famed movie maker and set designer, and artist with works featured in the National Gallery of Art in Ghana. We have produced over 350 videos and shorts in 28 years' time, with about 100 featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX, and CNN. We have been using film to showcase negative and positive acts and events of the Presidency of America. We welcome all kinds of shorts. We are an all-inclusive festival. Some of our work is featured here: https://mongielloassociates.com/movies-videos-streaming

Do you have a signed contract to broadcast? Yes, we have a signed legal contract with all legal rights via Linkedin, Streamyard, Hopin of England, associates rights to LIVE stream to YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and streaming licenses afforded to viewers. We hold no strikes via YouTube for infringement and own numerous intellectual properties with the Writers Guild of America East, the Library of Congress, and the US Patent and Trademark Office. We support the strikes held for our fellow writers, authors, and actors. All broadcasts on CBS, PBS, ABC, NBC, the TODAY Show, FOX, CNN, NHK Tokyo, Vitaya, and Brussels TV have occurred properly via broadcast licenses. Additionally, we have been featured in 164 newspapers and magazines on six continents.

Can I provide a cash prize in my name or foundation to the winners? You may personally work with our attorneys to place funds into an IOLTA or IOLA account which would be awarded in your name. We are not interested in making any money from the festival. Any surplus of money from entry fees will be given as a cash bonus to winners. At present, we are offering a gold chalice, silver medal, and bronze plaque along with provisions of cash to facilitate such awards overseas, in any country.

I was looking for cash prizes of $10k to $200k. Thank you for your feedback, we are not offering large cash sums like what you mention, but perhaps, other festivals are? As a small group of filmmakers honing and honoring our craft, we are proud to represent 205 countries and territories people's that live in America with all kinds of customs, languages spoken, heritage, and religions. The United States Presidential Service Center welcomes all filmmakers in fellowship, kindness, and friendliness. Our hallmark has always been the act of caring.

We are honored to see the celebration of your work!

· Please keep your good shorts to 20 minutes or less.
· All entries must be in English or have English subtitles.
· Please submit all entries through FilmFreeway.
· Entry fees are non-refundable.
· Shorts entered can include budgetary needs IN THE SHORT SUBMITTED (a critical difference in HOW THIS FILM FESTIVAL is different), expected business success, and showcase viability for financial achievement. This helps potential investors to understand why your short SHOULD BE FUNDED and made into a full-length feature film.

By participating in the USPSC International Film Festival, artists/directors grant the festival the right to use the entire short, still frames of their submitted and selected works for promotional purposes on the festival's website, TV programs, visual art websites, and event venues. This festival is about selling your major film idea and getting funded. Indeed, the audience of investors should be delighted.

Additionally, the artist/director grants the following authorizations:

-The use of the entire short for promotion worldwide, forever, or until such times that circumstances negate this commitment. If your major film is made, we will own nothing of that. That deal would be between you and the financier. We would hold NO RIGHTS to your full-length feature film.
-Inclusion of the film in the USPSC International Film Festival's commercial online archive.
-Screening of the film at film festivals affiliated with the USPSC International Film Festival's partner networks.
-Onsite showcase in our theater at the Presidential Center.
-Originality: Films submitted should be the original work of the filmmakers, and they should hold the necessary rights to all elements included in the film and model releases. The person submitting has full rights to submit their short.
-Copyrights: Filmmakers must have obtained all necessary copyrights and permissions for any music, images, or other copyrighted material used in the film.
-Entrants are encouraged to showcase how their ultimate, full-length feature film will have ROI for an investment fund, where it will do best (either in geographic theaters or on a particular streaming network) to achieve profitability. Since shorts are limited to 20 minutes or less, one or two minutes of the short can address these Paramount issues. These may include the major request for funding, the total amount, marketing, branding, promotion, publicity, advertising, and sales cycle of the proposed large movie and how it shall use adrenaline to punch forward, leaping into the air swinging forward to attain cash rich status for the benefit of investors and ultimately - consumer product good sales. Consumer product goods (CPG) that are mass replicated and sold can be showcased in a forward-looking financial direction or reversed for the filmmaker and his/her large movie.
1. Explain a Reverse Situation: The recent Barbie movie spent 64 years of toys and dolls when the first movie was made in 2023. The CPG sales attained are in the billions.
2. Explain a Forward Situation: Diolase Nzinga Ramazani decides he will make a film about President Obama's summit held in Africa and cuts an 18-minute long short showcasing theater sales projecting 32 African countries using English with French subtitles and a streaming proposal with Netflix. His CPG offering would be a commemorative coin struck and sold.
