How do I get in with my ticket?
Please provide proof of ticket purchase at merch booth to receive an event wristband
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No minimum age but all movies are horror movies so littles be warned. ID required for any alcoholic purchases at the Roxy Theater's concessions
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
4th Street will be closed to vehicles all day Saturday. There is a paid parking garage West of the Roxy off of Washington Ave and street parking on Pacific Ave for close parking.
What's the refund policy?
Ticket purchases are not refundable.
Purchase of a ticket agrees that you do not hold The Thing In The Basement Horror Fest, the owners of the theater, or any other staff, judges or personnel associated with the festival, responsible for any claims of liability, losses, or injuries during your attendance.
