The Great American Film Imaginarium is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations, and fully understands that no screening or booking fees will be paid.

The undersigned agrees that by submitting a work (film, screenplay, photography et al) shall indemnify and hold harmless The Great American Film Imaginarium and release the festival, its parent company, sponsors, venues, employees, volunteers, and vendors of any and all liability from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered. In the event of low submissions or venue changes the festival reserves the right to modify the submission dates and or event dates without advance notice in order to provide a fair and honest competition for all filmmakers and an enjoyable experience for all attending. No submission fee refunds are granted unless the event is completely canceled by the organizers.

Due to Covid-19 risks at public functions, all attendees and the general public agree by attending to hold harmless and release the festival, its parent company, sponsors, venues, employees, volunteers, and vendors of any and all liability for illness or otherwise relating to the covid-19 public risk at live events.
