1) The short film must have been completed after 1st January 2023
2) The film can be Documentary , Experimental , Narrative, Fiction, Non-fiction or Animation.
3) The original film may be produced on 35mm, 16mm, HD, DIGI BETA, BETA SP, U-MATIC,OR ANY DSLR CAMERA
4) Total running time must be less than 20 minutes in length, including front and back-credits. There is no minimum running time limitation.
5) The short film can be in Marathi , Hindi , or silent language with or without English subtitles
6) THE FILM ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY THROUGH ONLINE ON OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE, & FilmFreeway After Selecting the film must be send to festival in full HD Quality in a pen drive only
7) DDSFF organization has right to use the entries/send/selected/nominated films, Pendrive, and materials from the film for Festival promotional purposes and to retain film copies of each film as part of our festival library.
8) Films once selected & submitted for final screening will not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances until festival is over .
9) The publicity material (Brochure , Stills, Poster , etc. )and a synopsis of the short film to be enclosed with the entry. Entry materials submitted shall not be returned to the entrant . The Festival will not be responsible or borne to pay if the Courier stuck with the department.
10) Date of submission up to 5th December 2023 Date of Notification 15th December 2023 Event Date 27th December2023
11) Entry Forms with incorrect/inadequate/illegible/ambiguous/incomplete particulars will not be considered. The festival committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever.
12) Once film submitted for selection will be considered as final and no changes will be entertained after submission
13)Festival rules & regulations are subjected to change due to the CoVid pandemic.
14)All norms reg CoVid Guidlines Should be strictly followed by participants
