TAWNY SORENSEN received her BA in Theatre from Fordham University at Lincoln Center and an MFA in acting from the Actors Studio Drama School/ New School for Drama. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA and Actor's Equity, she has performed in television and film and on many stages throughout New York City. She wrote and produced two award-winning short films "The Cat's Cradle" and "As One" which screened on the festival circuit in 23 states and 3 countries garnering 15 nominations, and 14 wins along the way. Her satirical short film "Covered" screened at over a dozen comedy festivals across the US.
