Ashley has grown up with items in her closet that define her in some way. But when she grows out of and loses pieces along the way, her self-worth is challenged. As she confronts her depression and PTSD, she must learn to trust again, to pick up the pieces left behind, and to rediscover her inner strength.

TAWNY SORENSEN received her BA in Theatre from Fordham University at Lincoln Center and an MFA in acting from the Actors Studio Drama School/ New School for Drama. A proud member of SAG-AFTRA and Actor's Equity, she has performed in television and film and on many stages throughout New York City. She wrote the award-winning short films "The Cat's Cradle" and "As One" that have garnered 12 nominations and 12 wins on the fesitval circuit. Her satirical short "Covered" played at several comedy festivals across the country.
Tawny's past short films have always delved into relationships and what makes or breaks them. Her latest short screenplay "All the Little Pieces" delves into what makes or breaks the individual. Using her experience an advocate for rape and domestic violence survivors, "All the Little Pieces" explores body as evidence and how we come to terms with that idea.
