**AI Film Division – The 3rd Toba International Film Festival**
AI作品を募集します！（第3回鳥羽国際映画祭＠鳥羽スカラ座）

4月3日までに応募いただいたAI作品（15分以上90分以内）を優先選考します。
また、ご応募いただいた中から4月4日に開催される賀多神社の春祭り（例大祭）での上映会で、西川文恵監督の「あぜみちジャンピン！」と同日上映します。

本選は11月末（28日土曜前後）を予定しております。
優先選考で選考された作品は、本選とは別に、30日間の鳥羽スカラ座ロケ地基地無料利用（三重県鳥羽市）と映画祭の商談会無料参加権をご提供します。奮ってご応募ください！ジャンル・発表未発表は問いません。

We are proud to announce the AI Film Division of the 3rd Toba International Film Festival, held in the beautiful coastal city of Toba, Mie-Pref.,Japan.

Filmmakers and creators from around the world are invited to submit AI-generated and AI-assisted films for a special Priority Selection Round open until April 3.

While the official festival awards and final selections will be announced in late November, works submitted by April 3 will be eligible for **Priority Selection** and special opportunities.

### Priority Selection Benefits

Selected films will receive unique opportunities available only to early submissions:

**Special Screening in Japan**
Priority-selected works may be screened at a special film screening event held at a historic local shrine "Kata Shrine http://katajinja.or.jp/ " in Toba on April 3, offering creators a unique cultural setting rarely seen in international film festivals.

**Filming Base in Japan**
Outstanding works from the priority selection will receive 30 days of complimentary access to a Drive-in Theater location, which can be used as a filming base for future creative projects.

**Industry Networking Opportunities**
Selected creators will also receive complimentary participation in a business networking and project meeting event, designed to connect filmmakers, producers, investors, and creative partners.

The **Toba International Film Festival** celebrates innovative storytelling and emerging creative technologies while highlighting the cultural beauty of Japan. The AI Division focuses on the new frontier of filmmaking where human creativity meets artificial intelligence.

We welcome submissions from filmmakers, artists, technologists, and storytellers exploring the possibilities of AI in cinema.

General:映画祭に関する一般的な情報
本映画祭では、約3日間にわたる商談会を開催します。
映画制作者、映画投資家、配給会社、プロジェクト出資者などが一堂に会し、直接の商談やコラボレーションの機会をご提供します（オンライン含む）。

会場となる鳥羽市は、年間400万人以上の観光客が訪れる日本有数の観光地です。
海岸線の美しい景観はカンヌにも通じる魅力を持ち、新たな映画文化の交流拠点として、ここから新しい出会いとチャンスを生み出すことを目指しています。

鳥羽市（日本）は、2016年にG7サミットが開催された伊勢志摩国立公園の中心部に位置しています。観光地としてだけでなく、ドライブ旅行やオートキャンプの人気エリアとしても知られています。また鳥羽市は、F1日本グランプリの開催地である鈴鹿サーキットを擁する三重県にあります。

※鳥羽市内の会場「鳥羽スカラ座」は現在、オートキャンプ場およびミニドライブインシアターとして運営されています。今後、映画祭の開催にあわせて市内の他会場が追加される可能性があります。
The festival will host a three-day marketplace, bringing together filmmakers, film investors, distributors, and project commissioners for direct meetings and collaborations(Online meetings included).

Set in Toba, one of Japan’s most famous tourist destinations attracting over 4 million visitors annually, this intimate festival aims to spark new encounters and opportunities. With a coastline and landscape reminiscent of Cannes, Toba is ready to write its own chapter in cinema history.

Toba City (JAPAN), is located in the center of Ise-Shima National Park, where the G7 Summit was held in 2016. It is popular for touring and auto-camping.
Also Toba City can be found in Mie Prefecture, a locale that hosts the Suzuka Circuit, the venue for the F1 Japanese Grand Prix.

*The venue "TOBA Scala-za" in Toba city is currently being used for auto camping and for a drive-in theater.Additional venues within the city may be added in the future.
