I’m really glad I took part in this festival and was pleased that I got to be one of the finalists. However, It would have been nice to have got detailed feedback so that I can improve my script further.

We were delighted to have your script Russell. Unfortunately though our judges can’t give individual feedback. We do strive to communicate though so perhaps it’s something we can consider reviewing in the future.

  • Very pleasant experience, professional communication, thanks a lot!

Fantastic festival. Intimate screenings with Q&As, in a lovely venue.. Wonderful awards ceremony that treats its guests well. Amazing staff and organisers that made everyone feel welcome, and really took the time to nurture creative talent. Happy to see "Newcomer" awards and "Lifetime" awards peppered throughout. Trustworthy and fun festival to submit to and attend.

Thank you so much Adam. We really hope to see more of your work for next year.

  • I was pleased to have three of my submitted screenplays named as Quarter Finalist status for this Festival. I had little interaction with them apart from the notifications I received from them, so I can't comment further.

My round trip of 400+ miles was so worth it. Excellent event. Well organised. Fun and friendly yet completely professional. Superb venue - the pub with large grounds and the marquee was smashing. Lovely people to meet. And...to make it even more enjoyable I won a gold and bronze for two film scripts. Hooray. Looking forward to 2025 already!
