Sunny Chen (they/them) was born in Nanjing, China. At 6 years old, they settled on unceded Coast Salish lands. Sunny moved to Vancouver at 17 to earn their BA in Psychology with a minor in English literature. They create and perform original bilingual music as "Sunny Daydream" (FKA Sad China). Writing is their first and forever passion.
