Southern Screen is a multi-disciplinary arts organization that supports and celebrates creative professionals and their work. The festival provides a platform for emerging and innovative storytellers of all types to showcase their craft and share their creativity. We feature film screenings, live music, creative writing, live podcast, community workshops, networking mixers, parties, and more. Our mission is to move beyond traditional film and music festivals and expose our guests and our community to the endless possibilities of the arts and entertainment industry.

    Such a wonderful film festival. Who would guess that there is such an amazing local, national and even international filmmaker networking opportunity right here in Lafayette. The films were really great, they have an incredible venue, and too many activities to attend everything you want. It's really amazing how robust this film festival is. It provides an experience equal to festivals 10 times its size, and run by the best people. I love it, and would recommend it to everyone.
