Dear Filmmaker:

SEAIFF is proud to announce award-winning Producer & Director Matt Dearborn has joined the staff as program director! Mr. Dearborn has produced, directed, and written scores of television shows, including creating Even Stevens and Zeke & Luther for the Disney Channel. He was nominated for three Emmys and won an outstanding series BAFTA award for Even Stevens. He welcomes filmmakers from around the world to submit to SEAIFF!

All are welcome to the official First Annual South East Asia International Film Festival (SEAIFF)—the film festival by filmmakers for filmmakers. Filmmakers and script writers from around the world are welcome to participate in this wonderful experience. Since filmmakers manage the festival, we are sensitive to the concerns of other artists, and we hope to satisfy your needs through a fair and impartial competition. All nationalities and ethnicities are welcome to enter. One of our primary goals in our relationship with you is to give you the best chance for recognition—so we have expanded our awards categories beyond those of most festivals for both submitted works and individual honors. We accept all genres of features and short films as well as documentaries, experimental, music videos, scripts and additional categories (please see list). Also, there is an extensive screenwriting competition led by Mr. Dearborn who has written many produced of scripts, including episodes of 90210, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, and Beverly Hills. In addition, we are located in famous Pattaya and will host the festival on Saturday, December 28, at the Naris Art Hotel & Gallery and other locations. Good wishes to everyone in their careers!
