Such an elegant, celebratory and well attended showcase! This year's program was curated perfectly. It was an honor to screen 'Ro & the Stardust' there. I will never forget the feeling of watching my film on the DGA theater screen.

Great experience. What an honor it was to have my film LAYERS included in the Virtual Festival. The 3-day live festival was a place to greet old and new friends in the biz. Sharing the stage with amazing black women who are flourishing in their creativity as Filmmakers and storytellers from past and present BHERC festivals was also very satisfying. Love my Sistas!

I highly recommend this film festival. It was a fantastic experience and I am very grateful to have met other filmmakers on the panel I participated in. I hope that I get some networking opportunities with participants, but other than that it was better than I expected!
