SINCINE FILM FESTIVAL – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sincine Film Festival will create IMDB profile of all the films awarded in any category of the festival.
1) SINECINE reserve the right to refuse to screen any submission deemed by the Festival to be inappropriate.
2) In th event of a film being withdrawn, SINECINE will not be liable to Refund theFee
or return the materials entered.
3) SINECINE willdetermine the date and time when submissions will be screened. SINECINE can’t be held accountable for changes to the schedule after the festival line -up is announced.
4) A fee is required upon submission. For payment structures, see elsewhere on the site. Please ensure your film is ready to send to us at the time ofentry.
5) If music or additional film material used in your film is not original, then
Permission from source must be obtained. The responsibility for this rests entirely with the filmmaker. Failure to obtain clearance could result in your film being
Withdrawn from the Festival. In this event, SINECINE will not be liable to refund the fee
or return the materials entered.
6) WE WOULD LIKE TO ENSURE THAT THE JURRIES VIEW YOUR FILM INTHE
HIGHEST QUALITY POSSIBLE SO WILL ONLY ACCEPT FINAL CUTS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FILM IS READY AT THE TIME OF ENTRY
7) IN SELECTION PROCESS ONLY NOMINATED/ SELECTED FILMS WILL BE SCREENED AT SINECINE ANDFILM WILL BE NOMINATED BY OURJURRIES.
8) Once we have received your Film, Photo(s) of all the credits with film name, film poster, fee and form, you will receive an email confirming your entry is‘In
Consideration’. Please note that unless we receive ALL these mentioned above your entry is NOT confirmed.
9) All queries relating to your submission should be sent to sincinefilmfestival@gmail.com
10) Your film's poster or promo will be posted on the festival's website and social media without asking you.
Rules Categories Wise
Feature Film
1. Duration: The film should not exceed more than 150 minutes including titles andtrailer.
2. The film may be in their original language but MUST be subtitled in ENGLISH.
3. FORMAT: The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format. There commended ratio sare:16:9/16:9 Full Height Anamorphic – in DV/HDV.
4. COPYRIGHT: The Film must not contain any copyrighted work(s) belonging to third parties unless (1) Participants have a license to use such works in the Film, or (2) the use participants’ Film makes of such works is a fair one under the copyright laws. Participants will retain any licenses and provide them to organizers upon request.
5. 1st comes to the nomination process then, the screening process which will be informed you through email.
6. After confirmation mail send your film nominations category 10-sec video clip in our mail.
Short Film
1. DURATION: The films shall not be more than 30 min, including the beginning and end credits. Films exceeding this time limit are liable to be rejected. The minimum length should be 30 seconds including credits.
2. The short films may be in their original language but MUST be subtitled in English.
3. FORMAT: The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format. There commended ratio sare:16:9/16:9 Full Height Anamorphic – in DV/HDV.
4. COPYRIGHT: The Film must not contain any copyrighted work(s) belonging to third parties unless (1) Participants have a license to use such works in the Film, or (2) the use participants’ Film makes of such works is a fair one under the copyright laws. Participants will retain any licenses and provide them to organizers upon request.
5. 1st comes to the nomination process then, the screening process which will be informed you through email.
6. After confirmation mail send your film nominations category photograph in our mail.
Documentary Film
1. Duration: The video should not exceed more than 20 min including title.
2. The story should be totally new or the execution should be unique.
3. The films may be in their original language but MUST be subtitled in English.
4. FORMAT: The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format. There commended ratio sare:16:9/16:9 Full Height Anamorphic – in DV/HDV.
5. COPYRIGHT: The Film must not contain any copyrighted work(s) belonging to third parties unless (1) Participants have a license to use such works in the Film, or (2) the use participants’ Film makes of such works is a fair one under the copyright laws. Participants will retain any licenses and provide them to organizers upon request.

Regional Film
1. DURATION for Short Film shall not be more than 30 minutes, Duration for Feature Film shall not be more than 150 minutes. Duration for Documentary Films shall no be more than 20 minutes. Films exceeding this time limit are liable to be rejected. The minimum length should be 30 seconds including credits.
2. The Regional films may be in their original language but MUST be subtitled in English.
3. FORMAT: The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format.The recommended ratio sare:16:9/16:9 Full Height Anamorphic – in DV/HDV.
