Simon Stockdale began his filmmaking journey following a collision with a drunk driver in 2021. After that near death experience, Simon decided he couldn't push off his dreams of filmmaking any more and dove headfirst into his first feature film - The Softening. Since then, he's striven to make films that both entertain audiences while also pushing them to ask questions and think in new ways.
