Simon Stockdale is from Philadelphia, PA and specializes in making unique and thought-provoking films. Following a near-death experience with a drunk driver in 2021 he began his career as a filmmaker intending to tell stories that say something. Following his first two features, this is his first short film.
I am beyond excited to both once again partner with Elemeno Productions and also get to work for the first time with Hoyt Richards and April Yanko! I have respected and admired their work from afar and now actually getting to work with them was exhilirating!
I am extremely proud of this film and can't wait to see the discussions it starts among audiences. I always set out to make people think with my films, and this one in particular I think will start a conversation that will continue long after the credits. So to everyone involved both in production as well as by simply viewing our film - thank you so, so much! You all matter.
