Our grand jury—curators and cinephiles with a sixth sense for raw originality—hunts for films that shock, move, or ignite debate. No big budget required: just guts, imagination, and your point of view. SCI accepts shorts up to 30 minutes—because some stories need more than 15 minutes to move audiences. Micro-shorts to standard shorts.
