An actor who holds a camera in one hand, and a keyboard in the other
Bangladesh-born, Canada-bred (for the most part), Shaz Mohsin has had a love for film since the age of 7 when he took his dads early 2000s Nokia phone to shoot his first short film that he wrote with coloured pencils.
Though having found a decent amount of success as an actor over the past few years in network television and commercials, he's always had a passion for telling stories and found solace in writing. From writing his first feature film, "Blue Autumn," at 18 for an independent filmmaker in London, to now having written, directed, and fully produced five short films of his own.
A student of all crafts in film, he's continuously looking to improve his techniques both in front of the camera, and now behind it.
