Originally from New Mexico, Scott Bryan now slings zines, makes films, and pens scary stories in the Midwest.
His previous film credits include the screenplay for the feature DRUNK, cinematography for Hamlet the Vampire Slayer, acting in Monster's Nut House, The Scare Game, and Pizza Girl Massacre. His directorial efforts, My Monster and Me (2021) and The Confrontation (2022), have shown in fright festivals all over the country and been nominated for Best Ohio Film (Nightmares FF 2021) and Best Visual Effects (NJ HorrorCon 2021). He also won Best Actor at FrankenCon 2022 and 2nd Place in the Foundry Theater Horror Shorts Competition.
His next movie, a longer-form existential horror called My Best Friend's Head Exploded, was made using the same DIY techniques as his award-winning shorts and is forthcoming in 2023.
