1) È indetta la 2ª edizione del SANT’AGATA FILM FEST, organizzato dal Comune di Sant’Agata di Puglia (FG) e dalla Inthelfilm srl.
2) Il concorso, competitivo, denominato “LUIGI COMENCINI AWARD” è rivolto ad autori e registi che abbiano realizzato cortometraggi di durata non superiore a 20 min., non vincolati ad alcun tema e realizzati dal 2022 (compreso) in poi.
N.B. Saranno accolti con particolare attenzione corti di breve
durata.
3) Per iscrivere un cortometraggio occorre accedere alla piattaforma on-line FilmFreeway ed indirizzarsi verso: “Sant’AgataFilmFest”, modalità unica di partecipazione.
4) Le opere non in lingua italiana devono essere inviate in copia fornita di sottotitoli leggibili, in italiano, sincronizzati con i dialoghi originali.
5) La scadenza per l’iscrizione on-line dei lavori è il giorno 5 Settembre 2025.
6) Il comitato organizzatore selezionerà i corti, stabilendo quali ammettere alle manifestazioni, per un max. di 10 cortometraggi finalisti.
Il Comitato si riserva inoltre il diritto di istituire sezioni, premi e serate specifiche per valorizzare eventuali ulteriori tematiche rilevanti e degne di visibilità emerse durante la selezione (es. appartenenza al territorio, temi d’attualità e sociali, ecc.).
7) I risultati della selezione saranno pubblicati entro il 1 Novembre 2025.
8) Ferma restando la piena titolarità dell’autore in merito ai diritti dell’opera, il Sant’Agata Film Fest si riserva di utilizzare i corti partecipanti e/o selezionati per altre iniziative di promozione della Comunità e del territorio di Sant’Agata di Puglia (FG).
9) L’iscrizione al Festival implica liberatoria d’utilizzo dell’opera per le proiezioni durante gli eventi, dedicati e per tali, ulteriori attività, a titolo completamente gratuito per l’Organizzazione.
10) Tutte le opere inviate per la selezione andranno a costituire patrimonio artistico del costituendo Archivio Video del Sant’Agata Film Fest e del Comune di Sant’Agata di Puglia (FG).
ENGLISH
1) The 2nd edition of the SANT'AGATA FILM FEST, sponsored, is announced by the Municipality of Sant'Agata di Puglia (FG) and organized by Inthelfilm srl.
2) The competitive competition called “LUIGI COMENCINI AWARD” is aimed at authors and directors who have created short films lasting no more than 20 minutes, not bound to any theme and produced from 2022 (included) onwards.
N.B. Short shorts will be welcomed with particular attention.
3) To register a short film you need to access the FilmFreeway online platform and direct yourself to: “Sant’AgataFilmFest”, unique method of participation.
4) Works not in Italian must be sent in copy equipped with readable subtitles, in Italian, synchronized with the original dialogues.
5) The deadline for online registration of works is September 5th 2025.
6) The organizing committee will select the shorts, establishing which ones to admit to the events, for a max. of 10 finalist short films.
The Committee also reserves the right to establish sections, prizes and specific evenings to enhance any further relevant and worthy of visibility themes emerged during the selection (e.g. belonging to the territory, themes current affairs and social issues, etc.).
7) The results of the selection will be published by 1 November 2025.
8) Without prejudice to the author's full ownership of the rights of the work, the Sant'Agata Film Fest reserves the right to use the participating and/or selected shorts for others initiatives to promote the community and the territory of Sant'Agata di Puglia (FG).
9) Registration for the Festival implies release of use of the work for projections during events, dedicated and for these, further activities, completely free of charge for the Organization.
10) All works sent for selection will constitute artistic heritage of the constituent Video Archive of Sant'Agata Film Fest and the Municipality of Sant'Agata di Puglia (FG).
