Welcome Bison, to SHINE's 1st Student Short Film Festival, exclusive to Howard students.
In an effort to give more Howard students the ability to show their films to a broader audience, we are creating the inaugural year of the SOC Shine Film Festival. This festival will give Howard's brilliant filmmakers a chance to formally show their films to a wide audience.
We know you writers, directors, actors, and crew members have worked incredibly hard on these films, so we would love to display that work to the Howard University population.
