🎥 현장 상영 안내 | On-Site Screening

현장 상영은 각 부문별 어워드 위너 중 시상식에 참석하는 감독의 작품을 대상으로 합니다.

심사위원단이 총 10편의 작품을 선별하여 시상식 당일 상영합니다.

On-site screenings will feature award-winning works from each category whose directors attend the ceremony.
The Jury Committee will select 10 films to be screened during the awards ceremony.

Jaeyong Choi Appointed Official Ambassador of AI FILM AWARDS’ Global Membership Program “AI Film Pro”
Jaeyong Choi, Organizing Committee Chair of the Seoul International AI Film Festival, has been appointed as an official ambassador of AI Film Pro Membership, the global membership program operated by AI FILM AWARDS.
Through this appointment, Choi will participate in international promotional and community initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful collaboration between AI film creators and industry professionals worldwide. His role focuses on strengthening global networks, supporting cross-border creative exchange, and enhancing the visibility of AI-driven film projects.
Choi stated,
“This collaboration represents an important step in strengthening the international credibility and global connectivity of AI film projects from Korea. I look forward to contributing to the sustainable growth of the global AI film ecosystem.”
The appointment was finalized following discussions with Dr. Jacques Durand, Founder and CEO of AI FILM AWARDS. Both parties agreed on long-term cooperation to support the global development of the AI film industry, including international co-productions, talent development initiatives, and industry-linked programs.
AI FILM AWARDS is a global platform dedicated to recognizing and promoting AI-based filmmaking. Through its international network, it supports education, production, and distribution, contributing to the continued growth of the global AI film community.

Rules & Terms

Please read these Terms & conditions carefully before you submit your film. By submitting your film to the contest you agree to the following conditions.

SEOUL INTERNATIONAL AI FILM FESTIVAL (SIAFF), you expressly agree that you will be bound by the terms of these.

* Films must be submitted via an online screener only. We do not accept films submitted on DVD.
* All non-English films must have English subtitles otherwise they will be summarily rejected.
* Multiple entries are allowed from a filmmaker and each entry may be entered in multiple categories.

* Submitting your film to the SIAFF is not a guarantee of selection.
* We treat every filmmaker equally.

1. Winners of the SIAFF competition are nominated twice a year for the annual Grand Prix Award – Best Picture of the Year.
2. Your film / project cannot be submitted directly to our film festival without entering FilmFreeway.
3. Your film will be screened exclusively event. Movies will not be screened in public places.
4. Our event will be screened in SEOUL
5. The annual festival date will be shared through our social media once confirmed
6. When we need to discuss your film with you, we will send e-mail
7. Submitting your film to the SIAFF is not a guarantee of selection and The SIAFF reserves the right to refuse entries.
8. The submission fee of a filmmaker will not be refunded if they decide to withdraw the submission.
9. All entrance fees are non-refundable.
10. After a film has been officially selected, the filmmaker will be notified, and eventually the film will be listed on the festival Social Media under the Official Selections. The Official Selection status doesn’t mean that your film will be screened at the festival. It means that your film has been appreciated by our judges of panel and you can use the festival logo on your poster.
11. The SIAFF will not refund any fees if the filmmaker fails to submit the film in the correct category. Films submitted without the correct fees or proper submission media may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the SIAFF executive director. The festival does not cover any of the expenses incurred by the filmmaker.
12. We restrict phone conversations to avoid unnecessary discussions and to maintain neutrality.
13. SIAFF is authorized to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without advance notice. Each and every such amendment shall become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates of these Terms & Conditions.

    It was truly an honor to have won not one, but two awards for my film "Constant" here at Seoul. As a first-time filmmaker it was honestly so validating, and amongst so many other incredible other films. Constant is a small, deeply personal film, and to have it be recognized really meant the world to me. The team was so communicative and encouraging with emails and information. I'd absolutely recommend the festival to filmmakers of any genre or discipline, and really look forward to seeing them grow. They're very invested in nurturing talent in the AI space!!

    An amazing and very human festival experience.
    The Seoul International AI Film Festival was incredibly welcoming, well organized, and genuinely friendly. Presenting VOIDBORN, an AI-driven animated project, in Seoul was a real highlight.

    The live event was fun, relaxed, and inspiring, with a great atmosphere and meaningful exchanges between creators. Receiving a physical award in person made the experience even more special and memorable.

    A fantastic festival that truly celebrates AI creativity, community, and the future of cinema. Highly recommended.
