For his Senior Capstone Project, Ryan Sagun was selected to direct his film A Life With, which was met with positive reception at the Fall 2023 J-Street Film Festival. Another notable work of his–a short film called Chemistry–has garnered over 750K views on Youtube and was featured at Aspiring Minds Film Festival in Spring 2022, where he earned the award for “Most Aspiring Filmmaker” for his work as a producer.
Ryan Sagun recently received his Bachelor’s for Film (Digital Film/Video Production) and graduated from Sacramento State University in Spring 2024, where he graduated top of his class. Prior to Sacramento State, he had received his Associate’s Degree from Diablo Valley College, where he also obtained a Certificate of Accomplishment for Television Arts - Film Production.
