My creative streak started as a child when I would expand stories from my favorite movies and TV shows with my Legos. This grew when I started making short sketches on my HD mini-DV camcorder while I was in my undergrad at the United States Naval Academy. After graduation, I continued to make shorts and started to study improvisational comedy. While on Active Duty, I performed in various stage and film productions and produced multiple short documentaries about training in the Navy across the country.
Some of my work has won awards and been honored at prestigious film festivals including the Pasadena International Film Festival, Phoenix International Film Festival, Southeast New England Film, Music, & Arts Festival, and Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival. I graduated from Chapman University with my M.F.A. in Film Production and Directing.
When not immersed in the world of freelancing, I proudly serve in the Navy Reserves as a Public Affairs Officer, bringing my passion for communication and storytelling to both my cinematic pursuits and military service.
