ROLANDO ZEE is an actor, writer, teacher and producer. He has written and produced about 10 short films - dramas, documentaries, and comedies.

Rolando was encouraged to write by his acting coach. "Writing will help you further hone your acting chops. And help you better understand the internal breath and depth of a character".

Rolando began writing screenplays with the objective of creating a film vehicle to showcase his acting talents. However, over the past 5 years the screenplay writing has morphed into a labor of love.

As an actor Rolando has received an Arizoni award for outstanding lead actor in Arizona theatre. He has appeared in several regional and national commercials. And continues to pursue acting opportunities in film and television.

When he isn't acting or writing Rolando teaches middle school students about conflict resolution - using theatre as the vehicle. By graduation time the students have the confidence to write, direct, and perform a live theatre show about any topic of real importance to them. And they come up with their own resolution.
