An outlet for off-kilter films. Films that are unusual, independent and artful... shared in a collaborative community to encourage and support creation. ROFF will be happening at 2-3 venues in Ridgewood, Queens.

Rules & Terms

Films must be submitted in English (or subtitled in English).

Short films must not exceed 20 minutes.

Feature films must be at least 60 minutes.

By submitting to us, you give us consent and right to screen your film in front of a live audience, and, under special circumstances, online screening.

    This was a positive experience for me- met some interesting folks and its held in a old Brooklyn Church, which is charming and strange, just the way it should be. Kudos to the organizers and I'll look forward to coming back.
