An outlet for off-kilter films. Films that are unusual, independent and artful... shared in a collaborative community to encourage and support creation. ROFF will be happening at 2-3 venues in Ridgewood, Queens.

Rules & Terms

Films must be submitted in English (or subtitled in English).

Live Action shorts, animated shorts, and short docs must not exceed 20 minutes.

Music Videos and auto-biographical shorts must not exceed 5 minutes.

Feature films must be at least 60 minutes.

By submitting to us, you give us consent and right to screen your film in front of a live audience, and, under special circumstances, online screening.

All films must be the original work of the filmmakers, and all filmmakers must have the necessary clearances and rights.
