Honored to be screened in the heart of our nation's capital, the epicenter or Doubts!

Loved this festival! First of all the venue was in our nations capital and within walking distance of the Union Market which is a great place to enjoy food, drink, and live music. We came down early and enjoyed the area. The venue is the Angelica pop up which screams independent film as soon as you walk in the door. We were immediately greeted by festival staff and directed as to where the screenings would be held. There is a full bar just inside the spacious lobby where, in addition to normal movie fair of popcorn and soda, there was a wide verity of beers and wine to choose from including local micro brews. Just off the main lobby there was another very spacious lounge for meeting and networking before and after the screenings. The screening went exactly on schedule to a packed house. The theater had a great sound system and screen so I was very happy with how my film was presented. And there was a great Q&A afterward where we received very good feedback from the audience. As film makers it was clear that we played to a film savoy house which is invaluable to a film maker. My film played in a block of other shorts and I have to say that all of the other films were first class and well done. The festival organizers could not have been any more gracious and helpful. I will definitely attend this festival again weather I have a film screening or not.
