The Reel 2 Reel Student Film Festival encourages teens and young adults to make short films about issues that affect them in today's society. Other genres such as horror, drama, comedy, documentary, etc. will also be considered.

The festival will feature a minimum of 10 adjudicated student films in the categories of high school and college level. Films must be fully completed at the time of submission and should not exceed 10 minutes in length. Groups and/or classes are welcome to apply.

The Reel 2 Reel Student Film Festival is produced by Teen 2 Teen Video & Theatre, a youth program offered by the City of Burlington, N.C. Recreation and Parks Dept.

**Only films produced in the United States will be accepted. There will be no exceptions.**

All categories will receive B&H e-gift cards in the following amounts:
High School: First Place ($100) Runner-Up ($50)
College Level: First Place ($100) Runner-Up ($50)
Audience Favorite: ($50)

Applicants must have all necessary rights and releases to all presented persons, audio and visual media presented in the film.

Films must originate from students enrolled in schools located within the United States of America or individuals under 25 years of age. Only films produced in the United States will be accepted. There will be no exceptions.

Films must be fully completed at the time of submission. Once a film is submitted, the submission fee may not be refunded.

Films should not exceed 10 minutes in length.

By submitting your film, you grant Teen 2 Teen Video & Theatre the rights to use excerpts of your film/photography in any promotional materials on their website and all social media.

If accepted, you agree to abide by deadlines for submitting other required program materials.
