Red Carpet Human Rights Film Festival is a very famous festival in Gaza and West Bank, we have great and diverse team members from different backgrounds, our festival is designed to screen human rights films from all countries, we also hold musical concerts during the festival. We are a proud member of the Human Rights Film Network; a big network consisting of more than 40 festivals. We are members and cofounders of Anhar Arab Network for Human rights films. The Festival screens films for free for 7 days in different locations in Gaza and West Bank. We conducted 5 editions with more than 30000 attendants and screened more than 200 films.

Rules & Terms

We are currently accepting entries for films of the following genres: short fiction, short documentary, short animation, feature films, feature documentary, and Palestinian productions; produced after 2019.

The Submitter authorizes Red Carpet HRFF to use all submitted promotional material up to 2 minutes clips of the film for any promotional activity of the film or the festival, including the clip’s broadcasting on televisions and their websites, as on the Red Carpet HRFF website.

The submitter authorizes Red Carpet HRFF to screen the film in its main event, mid-cycle screenings, and Red Carpet HRFF Package 2021 - 2022 and does not charge any screening fees.

Online screenings will be agreed upon with the filmmakers following the film’s acceptance by the festival; mainly issues of rights and screening methods.

    Fantastic experience, I received positive feedback about my film, I got press coverage, I learned more about other films, I met amazing people and all virtually ! imagine if it was live in Gaza ... so proud to be part of this and can't wait to participate again in the future with other films. All the luck to the professional team to the president Khalil Mozain and Montaser ALSabe who is the artistic manager and has put up with my questions :)) and was very patient
