1. The competition is open for Indian films only.
2. Films must be subtitled in English if language is other than English and Hindi.
3. Year of production & accepted movie duration:
- Year of production: July 2023 onwards
- Short Film up to 25 minutes
4. Films that have participated earlier in RALFF are not eligible for participation.
5. Hospitality services may be arranged by festival office on request at applicable charges. Delegates may mail in their request at info@ralff.in
6. Award ceremony in Raipur on 9th February, 2025.
7. The decision of the Jury will be final and can’t be challenged.
8. RALFF does not take any type of financial commitment for the expense incurred on the correspondence by the participant. All Travel, Lodging & Boarding and other miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the participant them self for attending the festival. No request for the same will be entertained.
9. Once the film is submitted it can’t be withdrawn under any circumstances however, festival organizers reserve the rights to disqualify any film on certain grounds.
10. By submitting movie to RALFF, filmmaker/producer takes the whole responsibility of copyright issues of music, script and other creative and technical aspects of film.
11. Upon submission of your short film, the participants acknowledge and consent to the organizers' right to exhibit their submitted work before the audience and judges solely for the purpose of judging the work. Nevertheless, the copyright of the work shall continue to belong to the respective filmmaker.
12. The participants shall indemnify the Organizers from any claims arising from potential copyright issues related to their short film.
13. Any issues or dispute arising out of the judgement or award of the judgement shall be subject to Raipur jurisdiction.
