In collaboration with The Garden Cinema in London's Covent Garden, Pynk Prysm's Mental Health awareness event, Mindful Pictures, will combine short film screenings and workshops centred around alternative healing like art therapy, movement therapy, and creative meditation.

The films screened will centre mental health in varied ways. We are open to your interpretation of this theme as we recognize that this topic has many facets and want to showcase all the realities of the mental health journey.

We encourage international film submissions.

The event will take place in Mental Health Awareness week, on Sunday May 21st from 1-5pm.
