Pupila Film Festival

1. O projeto de curta-metragem/videoclipe deve ter no mínimo 3 minutos incluindo créditos. O Longa-metragem deve ter no mínimo 60 minutos, incluindo os créditos.
2. Legenda é opcional.
3. A seleção do filme vencedor será baseada em:
Mérito criativo e técnico, enredo, narrativa, tratamento do assunto, direção, aspectos técnicos (ou seja, cinematografia, roteiro, atuação, música etc.)
4.Para enviar um filme, você deve possuir os direitos ou ter permissão do proprietário.
5.As taxas de inscrição não são reembolsáveis.
6. Será aceito projetos com data de conclusão posterior a janeiro de 2019.
7.Festival tem o direito de alterar a data do evento.
8. Após a seleção será solicitado o link de exibição no YouTube ou Vimeo (se o responsável não enviar o link, ou enviar e o link do filme não estiver disponível para incorporação no site, poderá ser desclassificado)
9. O Pupila Film Festival pode usar trailer/teaser/poster/fotos do filme ou BTS para fins promocionais do festival.
10. Os filmes que não corresponderem à categoria serão desqualificados.
11. O filme, incluindo todos os direitos autorais, permanece propriedade do autor.
12.Ao enviar para o Pupila Film Festval você dá permissão ao festival para exibir seu filme.
13.Nenhum filme poderá ser retirado da programação do festival após sua seleção, exceto no caso de descumprimento do termo n°8 e n°10.
14. Pode-se enviar mais de uma Inscrição, mas formulários de inscrição separados devem ser preenchidos para cada Inscrição com Taxa de Inscrição separada.
15. Todas as informações do festival serão fornecidas na página do Instagram ou no site do Festival.
16. A curadoria tem total liberdade para mudar a categoria se achar necessário.
17. Quanto à seleção, a decisão do Júri será Final.

1. The short film/video clip project must be at least 3 minutes long including credits. The feature film must be at least 60 minutes long, including credits.

3. Selection of the winning film will be based on:
Creative and technical merit, plot, narrative, treatment of the subject, direction, technical aspects (i.e. cinematography, screenplay, acting, music, etc.)
4.To upload a movie, you must own the rights or have permission from the owner.
5.Entry fees are non-refundable.
6. Projects with a completion date after January 2019 will be accepted.
7.Festival has the right to change the date of the event.
8. After the selection, you will be asked for the viewing link on YouTube or Vimeo (if you don't send the link, or send it and the movie link is not available to embed on the site, you may be disqualified)
9. Pupila Film Festival may use trailer/teaser/poster/photos from the film or BTS for festival promotional purposes.
10. Films that do not match the category will be disqualified.
11. The film, including all copyrights, remains the property of the author.
12.By submitting to Pupila Film Festval you give the festival permission to screen your film.
13. No film may be removed from the festival's schedule after its selection, except in the event of non-compliance with term n°8 and n°10.
14. More than one Entry may be submitted, but separate entry forms must be completed for each Entry with a separate Entry Fee.
15. All festival information will be provided on the Instagram page or the Festival website.
16. The curator is completely free to change the category if necessary.
17. As for the selection, the Jury's decision will be Final.
