This is the first annual Puerto Vallarta Cuale Film Festival featuring films from around the globe. Puerta Vallarta is a thriving international destination for the LGBTQ community and we are excited to showcase filmmakers from around the Globe with an inaugural festival that will feature comedies, dramas, and documentaries.
The opening and closing films will be at The Isla Cuale outdoor space with parties for both nights included. The Saturday night screening will be held at a newly completed Puerto Vallarta luxury building rooftop pool and bar space.
The daytime screenings will feature shorter features and documentaries. We will also hope to feature films from students as well. This festival occurs the weekend before Puerto Vallarta GAY PRIDE week, a major international event.
For the inaugural festival we will not be doing prizes but plan to in the future.
